Drunk Rioter trolling in a game, feeding and then leaving the game so their team surrenders.
This rioter was drunk and was talking in chat to ff the game. Kept dying to the Malphite and afk'd later on in the game.

The video you posted doesn't really show what you claim, since it would only show all chat and is at the end of the game. Do you have a video from teamchat for the whole game?

btw if you ban a champion which a rioter hovered it's a ban to your account because some animals are more equal than others
