System needs some tweaking

I think the system needs some tweaking and better machine learning algorithm or something i don't know... It seems that it randomly punishes too mild of a bm chat but leaves some very toxic people unpunished. Not to mention the troll banning which is very hard to get.

Not that I come across a lot of toxicity. Then again I'm very tolerant.
