League used to have a report for someone refusing to be a team player, but now it's gone. I want it back and enforced even harder. I've had so many people who think they can solo even though we're losing and the enemy team won't split up. Cost me so many games. Someone please do something that way we can end games where half your team runs solo against a team going full 5 person team 10 minutes in (and I'm not even exaggerating this happened to me just yesterday).
It needs to be addressed. And I think it has to include not just penalties but education.
People see smurfs carry and go 22/2 and think it's the champion. They think diving as a Yi and ending the game 12/14 is a good game... they think ending 1/10/9 is a good game a support. And the list of absurdities goes on and on and on and on... But I don't fully blame them. There isn't a real good job to coach players. They either figure it out... or they don't. And we're left to the luck of the draw as to who we're matched with most times.
