so a friend and me played some arams together we agreed to not fight in teamfights no matter what. we make it look like engage but then just stay behind we also agreed that he says nothing and i talk like a real optimistic good player after every fight (funny is that out of 10 games we won 4 that way but yea its aram its a little luck based aswell) i said stuff like "gj guys we got this!" or "damn next fight just go as 5" so i only talked nice motivating stuff.

we came to the conclussion that talking makes ppl flame you. 10/10 games ppl flamed ONLY ME for not helping for trolling and for breaking the rules by insulting (even tho i never said something bad) my friend got not flamed A SINGLE TIME!!!

conclussion: just mute flamers right away no matter how nice you are they flame you.

ps: yes ik this will get a lot of hate for ruining games etc. but thats ok.

An interesting experiment but I think you need to run the experiment again doing the exact same thing except actually helping your team win. Running an experiment without having a control group is somewhat meaningless.

and this is how u know you dont deserve to play the game with other people

bcuz not participating in a teamfight, and saying stupid patronizing things and positive things just make people super mad

it doesnt matter if ur friend doesnt say anything or not, all u did was add a trigger to the angry team and now they have a scapegoat ignoring your friend.

playing scientist and doing a psychological experiment just goes to show that u have nothing to do and fucking around with your team is the best way to make yourself feel better about yourself
