Please pay attention to what your team mates are hovering
Multiple lobbies now I have tried to pick Warwick only to have my own team ban him out cause one guy does not pay attention and bans him

While I understand your frustration, I presume you're mad that the new ban system allows everyone a ban. In the new system, people are permitted to make their own educated guesses on which ban they can make that will be most beneficial, taking into account among other things pick order. If you have been low in the pick order for a draft pick game, it's possible that your teammates considered the risk of the enemy team picking him first to be greater than the possible reward of you playing him. Hovering is not a be all end all, it's just you showing your team who you'd like to play so that they can, if they desire, pick their own champs to work around yours.
Theoretically, you should be having discussions in the pre-game lobby before banning a teammates champ. However, that's not required, and while it's slightly annoying to do so without discussing it, it's perfectly allowed.
If this is a consistent problem, I recommend typing in the chat to (please) not ban Warwick to help capture their attention. I'm not saying it will 100% work, but it might be an improvement.
