MY COMPUTER RESTARTS IN A WINNING MATCH AND PEOPLE HATE WHEN MY DOG POOPED IN MY HOUSE THEN NEEDS MY ATTENTION FOR NO REASON BUT SHE IS A LIVING PUPPY AND I WILL TKE CARE OF HER CUZ SHE IS A LIVING BEING, PEOPLE SAY FUCK MY PUPPY AND IT MADE ME TILT TODAY, MAYBE I LOVE HER TO MUCH BUT COME ON! IT IS MY BABY GIRL IDC! STILL LOVE U RIOT CUZ I DO, w/e HAPPENS IS LIFE I GUESS!

Mute. Honestly it is simple and over said, but if people start to get under your skin this can help a lot.

If it is really bad, I think you can unbind your enter key in options, so you literally can't type.

You could play with a friend, and ask him/her to tell you to stop when you are starting to rage.

Just a couple of ideas.

Just take a break. You cannot trust Riot to ban or punish these players, because they have yet to do it yet.
