Perhaps there is a middle ground between raging at people and congratulating everyone everytime they kill you.
If you find no way to speak civilly to other people in the game, then you could simply not say anything at all.
It is possible to use swear words without swearing at people. Being willing to read swear words does not mean I am interested in being nerd raged at by some random stranger on the internet.
The game is intended to be fun, people raging at me is not fun. This is why Riot punishes ragers.
If you didn't waste your chat privilege by using it to rage at people, you wouldn't get chat banned and therefore would be able to ask for your gank.

You are the only thing you can improve. Only you can improve yourself. If you can't, you will eventually lose your account.

I'm just saying, you aren't killing each other in real life. It's a game, a competitive game, learn to enjoy it. It's called good sportsmanship. Nothing wrong with recognizing that the opponent did a good play.
