An idea for compensating intentional feeding

So here's the idea. If a player gets reported / found guilty of intentionally feeding, the other players on their team get the LP they lost back (or equal compensation such as in promos).

It would obviously be pretty delayed and would require them to be found guilty, which is hit or miss, but I feel like this would be a step in the right direction and show that riot cares about peoples satisfaction with the game.

also, i know what you're thinking... this guy just had someone intentionally feed on his team and is fresh out of the game.... and you're totally right, but I still think the idea is good.

Thanks for your time, peace.

What would be "equal compensation" be?

What would it do if someone ranked down and one of the games prior to that was one where an intentional feeder got banned?

Would it award LP based on their current rank or their prior rank in cases where they were in a different rank?

How would it handle the LP gain/loss discrepancy for the winners? Would it remove LP from the winners? If so;

What would the system do for people who won a promo due to an intentional feeder on the opposing team and gained a rank?

Its really not a bad idea on the surface. But then there's this sort of hard to understand (at first) concept of LP inflation. It fucks up the overall distribution of ranks. And this is like the 40th time I've seen this idea come up, and it never gets through, so I dont think its happening.
