I logged in the middle of the day today and got a message that a player i had reported before had been suspended. I hadn't reported anyone today and had played multiple games before receiving the message. Is it now a global thing on reports or was the message just really late in hitting my screen?
To my knowledge that's always been there ever since the IFS was implemented. That pop-up that you got only shows up when it was your report alone that triggered a review of the person in question. Even when you don't get that it doesn't mean that the person you reported didn't get in trouble, but rather it just wasn't your report alone that sealed their fate so-to-speak there.
The Instant Feedback System issues punishments in 5 - 15 minute after a review of the account. You would have received the message 5 - 15 minutes after (when the player was punished).
If you logged out before the message was delivered, you'd see it as you login.
