SO after a game I played with a tristana, she adds me on friends list. I didn't do well that game, and when I added her back, she told me "oh your not banned, rip" "youre just a pathetic loser". is this bannable? i didn't expect her to have this much hatred for me.

In general, friend chat isn't moderated because its entirely an opt-in experience.

You can screenshot it and submit a support ticket.

If that's ALL she said, unlikely for that person to be banned. It's mild at best and you volunteer into that situation.
