Any reason that griefers reports result in automated bans?

Just curious, as i've had this happen twice. within 30 seconds or less after a game finished and a griefer reported me(because they knew I was going to report them) I received a punished, first a length chat restriction, now a 2 week ban. I think it's extremely unfortunate user accounts are valued so little that abusers like these people mentioned, have the power to get me banned. If simply saying anything in game, at all, results in a ban, why even permit user chat? Or does the chat not even matter, does simply getting reported for no reason result in automated bans across the board now?

Simply saying anything does not result in punishment, and neither does getting reported for no reason. Report simply flag your account for review, and if nothing is found during the review then your account will not be punished.

Now, if you truly believe like you were banned for no reason, would you care to post your reform card so that we may take a look and give you our insight?

Reform Cards?

Simply saying this doesn't change anything. If you want us to help you, you need to post your reform card.

Let me teach you a great lesson that works 100% of the time. Don't EVER tell someone you're reporting them, it's stupid and vindictive. The only reason you're doing it is to get a rise out of the other person. Mute > finish the game> report >move on.
