Riot should delete the chat system

The only reason it's really used is as an excuse to punish users and make this game far less enjoyable, there is very little reason to keep the chat enacted in the current environment. The 4 strikes or less until permanent, is needless to say, not reasonable...There are players that have invested years and $100's of dollars in their accounts and riot values them at essentially 4 reports...completely automated at that. How many games you think you play in a month? I bet it's a lot more than 4...also I've read the "only x percent of users get banned stuff", but honestly I myself have seen how easy it is, and i've met a great deal of people who've also been banned. Let's say for instance only 2% of users get banned, there are an estimated 67 million league users, you know what 2% of that is? 1,340,000 accounts...I've never heard of any game company in the history of game companies, or any company period that would would be fine with losing so many players, and automate it at that. I'm not saying a ban system shouldn't exist, but at least last year in years prior it was somewhat reasonable, now it's cutthroat, illogical, and down right cruel. And before any of you go on about how you never been banned, or users who get banned deserve it, keep in mind you're one report away from being no different than any of them. I'm not just talking about chat logs either, have a bad game? you can be perm banned for "feeding", or ranked banned or tons of other bans. Riot likes to do "random audit" bans as well, The chat system though is really the easiest way.
