We should be able to appeal dodges if teammates troll with their picks

I have had to dodge too many times because my support decided to troll with their pick. Bot lane is 2v2, and when the support decides to make 1v2 or 1v3, winning is very hard. The role of the support is not to do the most damage on the team. I still don't understand why playing lux or veigar support is allowed. It honestly should be reportable. Just today I've had to dodge karthus and ziggs support. I think Riot should allow us to appeal why we dodge and get our LP back when our teammates decide to ruin the game. They may say they are trying to win, but picking lee sin support is not something you do when you want to win. In a normal game, I don't have too much of a problem with bad support selection, but in ranked, there has to be some change. The player who picked the troll champ won't dodge, even though the upcoming loss is solely on their hands. Sometimes I play out the game with the pantheon or whatever trash support I get, just to report them after. I know the report won't do anything even though the support lost the game at champ select. Some may say that if you were good, then it doesn't matter what support you have. I firmly disagree with this. If you have ever laned against 2 competent players when you have a useless support, it's extremely hard to win. Since dodges don't register as a match, riot won't do anything about it. Feelsbadman.
