Fresh 30 players in low gold ranked are one of the most toxic thing that can happen

Hi guys, Abody here, a low gold scrub. In my recent ranked games I've noticed that low gold to high silver elo seems to be the average rank of unranked players. I've had many games where one of my enemies or teammates seemed to have no clue of the game. Jungler not knowing how to clear, not even buying machete, top laner towerdiving before minions spawn, looking at their profiles these people have under 10 ranked wins. Make no mistake, I'm happy that there are still new people in this game, but I can't understand how these people are supposed to be on the same level as people with hundreds, if not thousands of hours put into the game. It just creates extremely one sided matches where the poor new guy gets flamed by his team until he quits and uninstalls the game. This is not how new players should learn the game, this is not how ranked wins should be decided. At least a few wins in each lane in normal draft should be required to go ranked, along with a full rune page with how cheap the base runes currently are. Or at least a finished mastery page.

I know this sounded like a rant, maybe it was a rant but I had to give it out of me.
