Every game I have someone say "IDGAF" or "I'm trolling". Why are they playing the game if they don't care? Silver/Gold elo is so frustrating right now. It's not even worth my time anymore. Punishments need to be more strict. I need to take a very long/semi-permanent break from this toxic/salty environment.
I've been having a lot of issues with completely ambivalent teammates too, as of late. It really wrecks the game. Reporting them for intentionally feeding doesn't really do any good, since Riot insists that it's okay to have a horrendous game as long as they don't do something like buy Lich Bane on Quinn just so they can run at enemy turrets faster. The thing is, I have trouble believing that players who go 0/14/1 really care about how the game turns out, since they're making no appreciable effort to stay alive. Given what you wrote here, I think you may be interested in a thread that I wrote about why and how Riot should penalize these kinds of players. Find your calling. I tried maining every role but I thought adc was my worst role so when i Got autofilled I went 17/5 and then started playing adc and I'm doing great so far.
