Sup,

Jungle switched roles with me and i got first blood assist to our top laner and then 2 more kills within 10min for him. 2 assists for mid laner and meanwhile the guy who switched with me died 12 times (within the first 13min) to the enemy adc.

in the end they blamed me for their deaths.

The match before that we had a Taric who never joined any teamfight and blamed us for attempting Drake or Baron with "why do you stay".

Game 1 Hμghes: yes Hμghes: cause we expected you to come Hμghes: but youre just a troll Hμghes: learn to play bronze 5 Hμghes: im done Hμghes: fuck off Hμghes: what part of "im done" did you fail to understand Hμghes: yes Hμghes: how is it a free win if taric never joins any fight? Hμghes: stop trolling? Hμghes: i needlessly died 3 times cause taric didnt give a flying fuck about teamfights Hμghes: im so done with this shit Hμghes: i dont care anymore Hμghes: we were 4v5 from the beginning Hμghes: now its 3v5 Hμghes: im sick of troll jungles ruining the matches Hμghes: YOU DIDNT JOIN ANY TEAMFIGHTS TARIC Hμghes: shut up troll Hμghes: report fizz and taric troll feeding Hμghes: he abandoned us in every teamfight early on Hμghes: blaming us for "why do you stay" Hμghes: while he was 2m away from the tg Hμghes: tf* Hμghes: im sick of troll junglers loosing us these matches Hμghes: im trolling? you wanna see me troll for real? How IFS works?

  1. Receive a report
  2. System reviews the reported person's behavior and assigns a toxicity grade (0= no toxicity)
  3. The new toxicity grade is added to your existing behavior grade
  4. If it passes a certain grade, you get punished.

In this chat, you consistently blamed taric for the things not going your way, while shaming him of his rank and insulting him while calling him a troll.

Doing this ( I consider this moderate toxicity) over plentiful games and you'll get punished.

Btw, there is no need to ask for reports. 1 report is enough to trigger the system to review the behavior, and multiple reports don't make review any different. In most cases, it's used as a threatening mechanism and is not well accepted amongst the community.

If you are asking if/why you got a chat restriction, it would be because you flamed all or part of your team all game.

You deciding they are trolls does not mean you can break the rules to harass them, or make everyone else have to listen to you tilting yourself. The only way to beat trolls is to not fight.
