What to do if you get a toxic player on your team.
DON'T TALK BACK TO HIM! Just go to that players lane and feed the enemy. He should be even more tilted and toxic now. Keep on doing it until one team wins. Afterwards report that jackass.

And in the process you will get yourself banned for intentionally feeding. Great advice.
What he's actually doing here is showing the massive flaw of the Tribunal system. I have seen players do this many times, and they rarely get banned for passive aggressively feeding someone's lane, or just stealing their cs and XP, yet they get flamed to the point where the victim is banned.
'It's a shut up and deal with it' If you get trolled, you never get that LP back, you're basically held hostage the entire game. You cannot speak up and ask anyone to report them for you 'even though it doesn't do anymore more it does RELIEVE STRESS' and you cannot retaliate. The moment a Troll has their eyes set on you in league you're completely helpless.
The fact the guy trolled someone is still playing and the other person is banned goes to show just how bad it is.
Happens all the time, this should be massively upvoted to bring awareness to how bad the system is.
I hope you get ddosd and trolled in your promos :D

I think this is sarcasm, I secretly hope it isn't though because some of those hardcore toxic players deserve it.
There isn't much you can do sadly I just played two games got the same player from both my games inside my game, and they were "Intentionally Trolling", First it was another player who intentionally threw my lane phase off hard.
Then it was the other player from my previous game who also knew not to do the same thing the other guy did, he doesn't even give a proper reason why he choose to do it, but only argues in chat setting me behind more to the point where only thing I can do is /mute all eventually and try to play a shitty game which he intentionally trolled the hell out of me in.
When players do this I do feed or do a lot worse because the game becomes unplayable for me its not something you ever do to someone in a MOBA ever especially when the lane is ahead and you have the nerve to do it its toxic, and Riot needs to look into these kind of complaints.
Like I could totally understand if an ally is slain of trying to help, and messing up a fight or something, but if you just teleport on a minion top when your lane person is ahead and winning trades, and you contribute nothing but getting your ally killed before level 6, then there is something going on here, like I understand when something is just done by accident, or someone is just losing to a counter or a bad game, but this isn't the case all the time.
1.) First you take XP from any minions that died in the area giving the enemy an advantage while you were there 2.) You get your ally killed because of your stupid mistake, and make them miss a kill. 3.) Then because of their death they lose even more XP which gives the enemy a huge advantage.
I can understand if a player has a plan but teleporting in on minions instead of going for a side ward especially when you are not playing an assassin 
for example then there is something going on like you have to be just that flat out dumb to not understand what you are doing just threw the game hard.
3 Games in a row I had players run into my lane and troll, I had a jungler on our team just run in and start taking XP setting me behind massively and giving Nasus a huge advantage, if checked in match history it clearly shows these guys are previous players from my games who know that I do not support this type of behavior because players on my team in previous games were doing the same shit.
If the guy wasn't trolling he wouldn't have argued me and called me an idiot but would have rather explained why he was even top to begin with, and said sorry and the game could have possibly went on but nope the game ends with a / Mute All, and try to play what is left of a unplayable game because of trolls.
This is exactly why dynamic queue sucks pre-made trolls, and its bad for those of us who are trying to advance, and worse when some of us have counters and end up doing decent only to be thrown off by trolls.
