I've encountered a troll just about once a day. Today was exceptionally bad. The guy banned one of the other teammate's champion in champ select and then proceeded to walk into towers and enemies. He was placing wards all over and didn't say a word, which makes it hard to report. I really wish I could post the video of this guy...

Riot doesnt understand that games can be 40 min long. In lower elo a 4v5 doesnt actually speed the game up in terms of losing. It does in fact ensure a loss. I guess their logic is in higher elo is games will just close out quickly because of the 4v5. The knowledge and mentality of lower elo people are not in a place to allow a game to close out quickly when the odds are obviously stacked, in the case of something as a 4v5. They refuse to FF at the 20, and in the ensuing frustration I believe trolls slip through the cracks.
Basically just git gud and it wont be a problem.
lead by example. ask not riot can do for you but what YOU can do for riot. sound familiar? this modified saying also works for league
