I'm 98% sure I could rob a 7-11 and never get caught. It honestly doesn't seem that hard. I could get a gun and a mask, stake out my target, and clean out the cash register during off-hours.

Did you say this and you didn’t get banned? You have no way of knowing whether someone is issued a chat restriction, time ban, permanent ban, or some other punishment - the pop up does not always appear and will not necessarily appear for everyone who reported the behavior.

I reported people for saying other stuff but yah reports work if it's warranted. Im sure he'll get a ban eventually it will say your report contributed to a punishment.

It depends on tons of factors like previous history of toxicity, use of extreme toxicity/harassment/spam, overall behavior along the course of hundreds of games, number of valid reports, if reported when saying that, ....
