Warnings, bans same thing

They sent me a message about a post I made that they deleted...

It was a post calling out how bad the system is to catch botters. No one other than an arbiter and a member of support have ever contacted me beyond this message I received when the post was deleted. I imagine the post would have been viewed as being rather harsh on my part, from a Rioters point of view. This was all they sent me though, suggested I re-post it in player behavior section, which I did. Which a red was directed to, the botter was banned. The post is still there.

Riot is actually a really great company, despite some of the harsh things some of us say or the things they do we disagree with.

Riot's game mate. They can make it a "safe space" if they want. I really don't give a shit who insults me- They don't really have much of an affect. However, when they don't shut up and keep tilting my team, then it becomes a problem.

Try that at your workplace. I'm sure you'll find at least some occasion where you disagree with your boss. Go on, tell him he's an idiot/that he "needs to grow a fucking backbone"/whatever else you gotta say. Tell me how it goes. Or, you could ask McDonald's for a new job.
