13 game losing streak, 11th game resulted in chat ban for me, not toxic teammate

And no I will not post the chat log, because without context its unfairly skewed against me (something they need to change)

I managed to lose 13 games in a row, either because of me playing badly or feeding/leaving teammates. I was demoted, trolled, flamed, cheesed, 1 shot, basically everything. By the time I reached the 11th game I was pretty fed up. My attitude had become "If its a loss, its a loss" and I told my teammates such. However when a person on your team is feeding blatantly, and complaining to the team that nobody is helping them, I decided to respond. I didn't flame him, it was pretty much "You got 1v1 by reksai in your own jg, that is not anyone else's fault". I never swore at him, never flamed him, never insulted him. Yet when I got a chat ban, that game's log was posted, albeit incomplete.

I don't know why I posted this. After 13 losses and a demotion, I'm done with this season. Its entirely unfair to post incomplete chat logs, and pretend that a punishment is justified. Perhaps I deserved it, perhaps not. But when you can only show 1 side of a two sided, or sometimes 5 sided conversation, it really isn't right.

You claim that without context it's "skewed" - but the reality is Riot only looks at your chat when deciding if you should be punished or not. It does not matter what other players are saying or doing in the game - what matters is your chat. Retaliation, fighting back, "defending" yourself, etc. are not excuses for poor behavior from you.

Keep in mind you don't have to be flaming in order to have a negative attitude. If you are constantly talking about "a loss is a loss" or constantly telling your teammates that they're feeding/bad/they're at fault, then you will be punished. The operator there is constantly. You won't get punished for pointing out a mistake once or twice. But if you spend the whole game doing it, you will. Hence why people ask for the chat logs, to identify what line you crossed.

That being said, if you want people to discuss your chat logs and determine if they're punish-worthy, you'll need to post them.

The only time it is skewed against you is if you repeated something said to you. Even then, YOU are responsible for your actions and words.

Honestly, you should have stopped. The moment you knew you were tilted from losing so much, you should have stopped. Yet you continued to play, falling further into tilt.

I also doubt that is all you said. Take this as a lesson though. Quit and break when you are tilted, don't have the gambler mentality of "Next one will be a win, the next one."

Riot's stance is that it doesn't matter. Regardless of what anyone else says, you are responsible for your own actions. Also, you claim that all you said was "You got 1v1 by reksai in your own jg, that is not anyone else's fault", but since you have elected to not post chalogs, we have no way to confirm or challenge that (side note: I'm guessing you said a bit more than that).

I understand that it can be incredibly frustrating to be on a losing streak. Hell, earlier today I hurt my hand striking my desk out of frustration at the game I was in. But at the end of the day, it is on you to protect your account, not worry about other people's accounts. It is on you to find smarter ways of being frustrated, or pre-emptively quit outright (for a day, week, or month, etc. I immediately alt+f4'd after that game) to enjoy the game more.

Let us set aside the fact that I don't actually believe your claim, and instead I'll offer your own advice. You were banned because of what you did. That is not anyone else's fault.
