Getting tilted extremely hard when playing ranked.

I coming here because I'm starting to absolutely know that I'm getting tilted way to much but I can't help it. Lately when I play games if I'm in a normal everyone is respectful, don't taunt their teammates, don't fuck around with stuff 99% of the time. But the split second I click on ranked I get the bigged jack asses I've ever seen and I don't know what to do anymore. I am trying to play simply strong champions (ezreal,tf ect.) and I try to play them my utmost best but for some reason I can't win with them at all in ranked but once I go back to normals it's instantly back to the supportive part of the community that actually helps out when I'm behind or groups around the person who is fed and makes the game as easy as possible. For instance when I play ez adc in normals I get a team mate who asks me how I will be playing and just shifts toward how I play. And my exact next match which happened to be ranked I pick ezreal and the support (an anivia) uses every spell they have to just fuck with me, they wall me when we start a fight so I'm seperate from backing off a bit, or they just take every cs in the wave by using e a couple times. I don't get what I'm supposed to do when everyone I'm teamed with goes out of their way to make the game hell. Sorry for the rant but I had to get it out or else I would be shouting and thus wake up twins who are to young to know how to stop crying at 4 AM. TLDR ranked community in low elo blows ass massively.

Mute everyone the second the game starts, helps a ton.

I have done that and ended up being trolled severely all that match. In which my team literally tells me in post-game screen that they wanted me to lose

You should read a book called "The Inner Game of Tennis". It is not actually about tennis. It is about mindset for peak performance.

For the most part (except in promo games) I have had teammates willing to work together. I see you were gold last season and if my observations are correct you are a couple divisions behind the curve right now. What I mean is since its been two weeks since rank reset people have started to climb. Silver 5 was where most gold players were, now its around silver 3. So you may be playing with on average a little less skilled players. Other than that its just all about the mindset. On this account I only play when I am in a good mood and I just play each game and try to win no matter what happens. I have gotten pretty lucky and have had teammates play together until the end. I know my buddy has been struggling though, I would say TF mid might not be going great depending on when you pick him because a lot of players playing assassins mid currently. Ezreal is a strong pick, but only if you are good at him. I don't play him because I am much better at other adcs. I am a support main, but I play fill.

I think I must have a really high win % when I play games after an intense workout. LIke holy shit I am just in a good mood and nothing seems to go wrong. Granted after one or two games I am then really tired, but I also work full time. I think if you are planning to play multiple games in a day you need to space them out or stop for a long period after you lose two in a row. it seems weird but if people really want to rank up you have to treat each game like a new game. I got stuck the last 2 seasons in silver 2-3 forever because I just played game after game after game and would go on 8 game win streaks, then 10 game losing streaks. At the end of the season I started focusing on each game more & more and taking more breaks and climbed to gold in the preseason. I still suck, but noticed I am more into each game and have been winning a lot more when I follow these rules I have set for myself.

It also helps I have a second account currently in bronze 1 that I can fuck around on. I have been playing that account more and just trying new things and do w/e. Then If I am feeling good I logon and play one or two on my main.

I've muted people, took a break off from the game to just chill with friends on a minecraft server, read new books so on so forth, and then I play 2 matches so far. First match was a normal and no one said a thing and we ended up crushing and I mean it was BAD I was 12-1 on Ezreal adc. My 2nd match was with LIssandra mid in ranked. at first I was 2-1 but then my jungler a confessed stoner who was to busy prepping more weed instead of paying attention to the game mode that has weight to it ends up forgetting smite and goes 0-9, the bottom lane most of the match is way beyond 0-10 and my opponent in my lane Syndra just keeps taking kills on the stoned jax and yet I get blamed for feeding when I'm struggling being 20+ kills down and on a not-so hyper carry mid laner. What in the fucking world am I supposed to do when it's literally been 100% of my matches outside of the first 10 have been losses.

I empathize. But at the level you are, playing randoms means you're going to get those types of people. I cannot fathom why anyone at that high of level would be playing with anyone who is not on a trusted premade team. You're just asking to lose points if you don't. That's what I think anyway.
