Have been noticing problems with fizz E recently.

So I've been playing a bit of Fizz lately, I've had a few matches where things seem normal up until mid game where my burst is needed the most. I would go into a team fight and I would use Fizz's Playful/Trickster but upon landing with enemies inside my AoE's area (and sometimes square on top of the enemy) I end up doing no damage what so ever to them. For example of this happening once as I was 4-0 and used the E to finish my enemy Viktor off. As I landed directly on him he took no damage except for the minions attacking him. This bug is starting to get really frustrating to deal with seeing that bug has ended up throwing a few matches of mine.
