Was this really worth a 10-game chat restriction?

Honestly I can't really identify the super bad parts - can anyone point them out? At the very worst I was slightly rude, but a chat restriction for being annoyed at something isn't helpful. I'm used to getting chat bans, but this time it seems like I didn't even do anything.

Feedback? I really don't want to have to mute everyone the second I get in game to avoid these things

For context: The situation with the Lux and Quinn/Garen was when the Lux support was refusing to ward and exhaust for me, causing me to die sometimes - I was sort of annoyed so I asked why she had exhaust if she wasn't going to use it. She didn't respond, but the Quinn made a dick size insult at me (classy) and the garen repeatedly called me salty for criticizing the lux [zombie-brand-facepalm]

If anything, they should of received punishment, though I'm not the type to try to ruin people's accounts because they made offcolor jokes/insults (Cough, riot) but it certainly felt unfair when I got the punishment, at least normally Riot punishes me after I retaliate (Countering harrassers, evidently, not being allowed) but this time it looks like I just got fucked for no reason, and that just makes me more stressed.

Edit: The "jesus is not your n" part was because someone said "Jesus is my n----", probably parodying that one youtube video that has those lyrics in it, and wasn't actually me being a racist or anything, I swear xD

I'll promptly answer any other behavior questions if you'd like more context for them, since the chat logs do not include the other side of the conversation. :)
