Brand's Blaze not healing Galio with his Bulwark up?

One of Galio's biggest benefits is that he hard-counters anything with damage over time, due to his Bulwark healing him for every instance of damage taken. That being said, it appears his W simply does not heal with Brand's fire damage - I've tested this and provided a youtube video to it. This makes it harder to counter Brand as strongly as Galio should, as one of Brand's damage sources simply doesn't heal Galio at all, where as it should heal him quite a large amount.

Galio is a champion that's been ignored a lot in recent times, though he's still a fun pick to counter many mages, so these bugs are really hurtful to him as a champion.

Tweeted @RiotSupport and they told me that it should indeed be working, and that I should post here. Sorry for the slow video, the person I was testing with wasn't doing quite what I wanted.
