Had a game today where a certain Zed was very offensive, and then said "Open Mid", and proceeded to just roam around on the map. Of course I reported him. After the game I got a notification that a player got punished due to my report. Made me feel very good.

Then I looked that player up, added him in the client, and asked him if he got punished. He confirmed he did. I told him "You're welcome, that was because of me"

He didn't like that at all. Made me feel even better.

Today was a good day <3 [slayer-jinx-wink]

...And that's why Riot doesn't show who got punished in the Instant Feedback Report. Like, come on. It isn't enough that the player got punished, you just gotta rub salt into the wound?

The rules can be simply summarized as; "Don't be a dick to people."

The second part of your story has you falling below that threshold.
