Does the "everyone honored a teamate" bonus still apply if you weren't honored?

Like, I'm sure by now most people know of the "Everyone has honored a teamate! Each of you have earned a little extra honor progress this game" message. (i know that's not the exact message, I don't remember the exact message, but it was close to that) But does it only count if you were honored that game? or does it only count to the honored people of that game? or does it count to everyone on the team honor or not?

I'm gonna say it applies to everyone's progress even if they weren't honored, but obviously has a slightly better benefit to those who were honored.

I think it's a flat amount for the whole team. On top of the flat amount you already get. Getting "honored" just gives you some extra.

yes that bonus is actually more worth than what you get by getting honored
