Riot Support "It was a bug but we don't care.

So here is the story;

I got permanently suspended from a game that happened prior to the 14-day ban. Then i submitted a ticket stating that the automated system bugged and counted wrong games. What I received was that the automated system are very good at detecting negative behavior and that they don't care if it was a bug.

Is this the right way to treat customers?

Let's ask the honest question: Were you toxic? If Yes, why does it matter when the games occurred? You made no attempt to fix it.

maybe your account was audited and they felt your previous games warranted a permanent ban? not the first time that has happened to people.
