But how many games does one have to troll in ranked to be punished? The guy in my game was trolling hardcore and I try to present actual evidence and my post gets deleted immediately. The guys record shows about 20 games in a row that were obviously other games he was trolling in. I feel like it should NOT have gotten to the point where he can still be trolling in games if he has done so in that many. You say told me to report him ingame which i did but that doesn't seem to do anything if you look at his record. He uses tried to talk in chat ingame to make it seem like he wasnt trolling and tried to sound positive that we can win to game your system. If all you look at when people report is ingame chat he will get away with it every time. I would've rather seen a response than just an immediate deletion of my post the brushing it under the rug which is a joke.

Forum moderators are not Rioters. They are a third party just enforcing the boards Universal Rules and individual guidelines. If you need to report a player outside of the post-game reporting, use a Support Ticket.

If you posted something with another player's name, it will get deleted post haste. Please refer to the board rules.

If you think Riot should know something you think they don't already, send a ticket into support:

"-For the most part, account related issues need to be handled by Player Support:

Submit a ticket via the Support Website. The Support Team will be with you as soon as possible."

I guess your post was deleted because you picked the wrong section? You get an info why your post was deleted and can copy your whole text from this information so you don't have to write it a second time.

Anyway its hard to detect a troll by an automated system because it must be 100% sure that he is trolling (item sell + buying crap like only tears or only boots) or intentional feeding (real intentional feeding, not like bad decision making). In most cases the people which are called trolls or feeder are having a bad game.
