So, imagine that your jungler really pisses you off

You play top Aatrox and you lose your lane against Akali and her jungler. It's really bad and you are forced to hug your turret. When you die another time, your jungler Kayn flashes at your opponents, damages two creeps with his Q and deals some damage to Akali, but she gets away. Kayn lasthits(without nuking the wave) a couple of creeps and you do not like it. It looks like he is going to push it and even though he doesn't, you get mad at him.

You follow him through his jungle for 13 minutes, unsuccessfully trying to lasthit his jungle to the point where the game ends, constantly reminding Kayn that you hope he likes the consequences of his actions, without using difect insults.

You get manually reviewed by Riot support. What is going to be your punishment?

Did you really follow your jungler around for 13 minutes because he didn't manage a successful gank for your lane after you fed relentlessly? I'd say two weeks at a minimum.

I'm sure there's a trick answer involved, but I'll bite and say two-week ban, escalated to perma depending on history. You've described trolling/griefing, which bypasses chat restrictions.

i voted for 2 week ban. say what is this for?

also riot support doesnt do manual reviews. they pass it down to actual rioters that do the reviews.

Definitely either a candy or nothing.

how do you even KNOW what the punishment was? It's not you and Riot doesn't discuss punishments.

To answer the question though: If this was the person's only offense ever, I would imagine nothing happened visibly, but the account probably has a mark on its history that makes it one step closer to punishment. I don't believe that anyone should be punished in a game discipline system based off of one occurrence, with the exception of things like hate speech.

i picked chat ban, not because i feel thats what he deserves but it is likely what the they would do

Uh... why didn't I vote for the candy ...

I saw that option too late.
