Can you PLEASE make flex que more enjoyable and punish the trolls?

"It's flex que, this is where we have fun and don't take things seriously" - feels like 90% of all my teammates say that.

I play solo, trying to get my flex que up to gold for the season rewards later on, and it's torture getting there.

Just last game, get a Diamond player on my team, I'm like wow, he'll prob do good. Guess what, he didn't, not cause he had a bad game, but cause he felt like having fun and mess around and go teemo with negative scores and no assists, doing nothing to help the team, just to get a reaction from the teammates and then say "its flex, relax".

Then what seems to be his duo goes aurelion sol jungle, of course feeds, then says "dont play flex if you want to play serious" etc.

Since we have Diamonds and high elos on my team, the enemy team also has Diamonds, and unfortunately they play serious and get so fed and impossible to beat. To make it worse, they encourage the behaviour of their fellow Diamond players and say the same thing. "it's flex, stop Crying about it."

So here am I, a gold 5 solo q, silver 1 flex que person, trying to climb, just to have higher elos (and others) use flex que as their trolling playpen and then enjoy getting us lower elos frustrated for actually trying to win saying things like "get better then if you want win" etc, and I'm holding back to rage so I don't end up getting punished while they keep doing their thing.

Last I checked, flex que is still ranked, normals is for "fun and trying new things". Since it's so common I feel like people in flex dont get punished with this kind of behaviour...

I can't wait to be gold and be done with flex que. Sorry for my rant.
