Um, I hate to say it, but they kinda maybe didnt? You deserved the ban, and what you added to the end of that post made it pretty clear you where toxic. Not to mention you left chat out/eddited some.
There's many things wrong with it. Your chat log is what's right.
No matter how you twist it, no matter how you try to justify it, you're still for restricted for breaking the rules. Do it again and you will be punished more harshly. Riot's rules, your choice.
You aren't a very good example for the Shaco community. You deserved it.
