Support tickets don't work for reporting
Don't bother going through the process all they do is apologize and say you should use the broken ass in-game system which sucks.

I'd say support tickets are likely less effective than a post-game report. One feeds into the instant-feedback system, the other doesn't, at least without manual intervention.
