Why is toxicity punished but feeding is not?

So after playing several games with constant feeders going 1/X or 0/X where X is equal to or greater than 7 I wondered why is toxicity so frequently punished because it supposedly ruins games when you can choose to mute a person. You can't leave a normal even without getting punished but the person that ruins the game isn't the toxic player it's the feeder. You can ignore things typed but you can't ignore a fed opponent and it costs you wins. This is an issue that could be resolved simply by placing feeders in a queue with other feeders or by restricting them to bot games for like 5-10 games. Or at least let people leave a normal, or change the surrender majority to 3 out of 5 and not 4 out of 5 duos can just feed and troll and as long as the don't say anything toxic they can just continue to do so. Nobody on the enemy team reports a feeder because they weren't on their team so they don't care. Feeding ruins games far more than toxicity does and that is the truth. Need to come up with a solution because that shit CAUSES people to be toxic.

P.S. any downvotes are just from feeders ;D

There is a system in place to punish intentional feeding with 14 day or permanent bans, but proving that gameplay is intentionally malicious is very difficult to do, especially when the player is trying to avoid detection.

Riot absolutely does not think that feeding is less of a problem than toxic chat, which is why they need your reports for Intentional Feeding in order to make the system more accurate. The more accurate you use your reports (not reporting a 1/10/3 that was just being camped all game) the better Riot can help catch when it's intentional.

Because it is unintentional and they're trying their best. They're just having a bad game, which shouldn't be punished. If they are doing intentionally, then that is already fully reportable. You can't tell me you've never once had a game where you went 2/7 or worse.

If you reaaaallly want to punish people for intentionally feeding then record your game. Otherwise, the next game you play where you go anything other than even will get you banned. Also supports get shafted if they're not healer supports, because they die a lot sometimes to save the adc and they get no kills. I've been reported for going 0/7/23 before by our midlaner as Braum, and the midlaner said he was better than me because 2/7 was better than 0/7.

if you're being paired up with "bronzies" then youre just as bad. I still don't see your main account. Therefore your arguments are just completely irrelevant. You have nothing to back up your statements and at this point you're just simply trolling. If you can't get out of whatever elo you're in or you're falling down the tiers then you simply don't belong there, period. Get over yourself already, you're probably just as bad and unaware as a bronze 5. [slayer-pantheon-popcorn]

Feeding isnt bannable because they might just have reached an high mmr or they just are having a bad game

Ah good to know, so instead of feeding my ass off and making it obvious I just have to 'make innocent mistakes at crucial points in the game', gotcha riot.
