Really honest question about what's considered toxic

Here are the chat logs from my chat restriction, and I'm a bit confused. Is this really toxic? In all 3 of those games, people were obviously trolling, and I'll link those games as well (although, i think i read that riot doesnt consider context in these things at all)

• This game had a top who ran it down and inted and then started following me around the jg taking my camps when i was nasus. This guy, and the mid i believe, were raging, cursing, and insulting me the entire game as well.

• This game had an inting and raging mid ez, and the jg went on full tilt and gave up. I was trying to be positive this game and get my team back in, but somehow this is part of why I was chat restricted?

Can riot help me understand why what I said was toxic when I'm being verbally assaulted all game, and being most definitely and obviously trolled? I'm quite confused.

BTW, in 2 out of those 3 games, I was called many very offensive things, which should be bannable in and of themselves, as they aren't tolerated in our society anymore. But I guess that stuff is ok?
