So we all know that banned players can make a new account after getting banned, so I think that when you have a banned account and try to make a new account on the same IP you should need to pay a tax. ( Don't know if it is possible but I think it would reduce toxic players and feeders )
you can mute toxic players and report them so that they get banned. afterwards, as you level up more, you'd see less and less feeders since they would all be low level from the bans. no need to give them a tax. come on man that's basically abusing the power that rito has. I also doubt it's legal, and you make players scared of chatting with each other since they don't know if they might get a ban.
