asking for reports should be listed somewhere as reportable

I just had a team just constantly fighting with each other. They all threatened to report each other all game and when i told them to just report and move on because asking for one is considered harassment, they told me i was stupid and wrong. I reported them at the end of the game and got the popup saying they got punished. I wouldn't have report them just for that but the hate speech was strong as well. [slayer-pantheon-popcorn]

Asking for reports IS negative behavior and as such falls under a report option of the same name.

I didn't notice an asking for report report option lol. i just did unsportsmanlike and verbal. It drove me nuts watching them all yelling they're reporting each other while the enemy was taking inhibs.

I feel like they need it to be one of the random notes at the load screen. The problem is the discrepancy as to whether or not it's actually breaking the summoners code
