PSA: If I'm playing a champion I don't know well in normals...
...it means I'm trying out how I can deal with situations and make mistakes to improve on.
-
Do not be pissed if I die more than I kill, it's part of the learning experience.
-
I'm not stupid, I can read champion abilities and determine how to use them fairly accurately, it only takes time to get used to how they work.
-
Stop treating it like it's ranked when you see me or someone say "first time X pvp" in normals.

Bot games are simply boring (for me anyway), and offer only the basics that beginner LoL players need, not people well-versed in pvp who simply want to test their mettle.
On a side note, I have actually been on Coop games before when I needed a little helpful practise room with a specific champion like
. Yes, I sucked as Darius before but now he's second on my mastery 5 tier tree. I have also seen people tryharding* on Coop games. Honestly? I don't need to go further on that, it's just sad knowing that exists.
*My definition of tryharding is telling people who to pick, what to build with a rude tone etc. E.G; "OMFG STOP BUILDING TITANIC ON MUNDO! GO FULL TANK!"
