So... Riot... can I get an explanation why this is still allowed?

I've been playing since Season 3, and I have the Dominion icon so I know about these bots for a while, but why is it still tolerated? They clearly aren't real customers or players, and they're breaking TOS by selling the account once they're levelled up.

rhetorical question riot isnt the one making the bots Riot can't stem people from making bots thus bots keep being made Simple its not riots fault bots exists
