Afks in Ranked

Riot why are your afk policies so lax? Lower priority q does nothing. These people who frequently afk don't care about that they're out to ruin people's experiences. People afking in normals I think that system is fine as it is the 5 game 20 minute low priority q is fine. But in ranked I feel it should be a bit more punishing. For the first time you afk in a ranked game it should be 5 game sin lower priority q 20 minutes each. Then if they do it again they can't play ranked for one week. If they continue to afk 1 week of being unable to play ranked will be added on until they reach 1 month. After 1 month is reached it would cap there and the next time they afkd they would be unable to play for 1 month. And it could work like the one you have now so that after 3 months of no afk behavior their punishment tier drops one.

The problem is the community wants anyone who doesn't play their way to be perma banned from the community. Maybe Riot could spend more time focusing on the AFK problem if the community grew some thicker skin and wasn't crying everytime someone asked them to place a ward. Maybe if they didn't have to read chatlogs from every game ever played because bobby thinks everyone is offensive to him.

Stop being babies, focus on the actual problem. Is the problem ragers? no, The problem is the game is set up to make people rage and if you dont let people rage a little its never going to change.

They dont want people to talk to their teammates? And they force you to stay in game a minimum of 20 minutes before you can POSSIBLY quit. This is a video game so expecting people to be trapped and not take care of their own life its a bit of a joke. I dont, but I understand why someone would go AFK on a bad enough team. They cant leave, they cant tell the team what to do to win because everyone is made of snowflakes, they are for sure going to lose and they are forced to sit through that? No. Maybe when the community stops crying over advice, afks will stop becoming a problem.
