Riot, get your shit together with banning toxic players/trolls/intentional feeders

There's no reason a guy who talks shit, threatens to afk, and ints all in one game should not be banned. After that shit with Meteos inting on stream I've seen an increase in this stuff and it's NEVER punished. Hell, that guy who inted on Dunkey's video THAT YOU GUYS HAVE VIDEO EVIDENCE OF still isn't banned. I guarantee if I watch this guy's match history for a month, and I probably will, he's still gonna play. I feel like doing an experiment in which I troll and int to test your system but I don't have the mental density like these people to ruin the game for 4 other people.

I reported an intentional feeder on an opposing team that said in chat he was feeding and described how he was doing it. He's still playing the game and just finished one. I mean there's literally nothing he could have done to point out that he was feeding any more than he already let on.

Riot just doesn't care. Its ok for them to feed just have fun broo. Put some prozac in that shit-sandwich and eat away. I just got through my first placement match on this account with a troll inter and we opened mid to end the game. I got a fukn leaverbuster penalty and have to wait 20 minutes. The trolls win on this game man.

becuase streamers are pretty much immmune from punishment due to them carrying the player base and pretty much making the game as popular as it is. Ive seen meteos inent feed trick2g toxic as hell and feed liek a boss and other streamers but sadly nothign happens to them but then again people should stop crying about things and just move on just stop reproting becuase it does nothign and why do you care enough to report someone anyway
