Just two examples.

The entire post is you harassing Twitch. Regardless of whether or not he is inting, you don't have to say anything. Just report him after the game. You delved down to his level.

Other then that, the only other things I can find (without context of the other's post) is report calling + repeatedly calling somebody a troll could be considered harassment if overdone.

Something doesn't vibe well with me when I hear "cleanse rammus mid" either, but who am I to judge "off meta".

I'd be interested to see what your champion select chat was. You are leaving out that you went 0/13, dying 4 times in the first 7 minutes. Picking cleanse isn't indicative of feeding, but hard to justify when you lane against either Akali or Gnar.

i'm also curious why you hadn't shared your other 2 games of chat.

This log itself does seem a little not as bad. I mean still a pointless conversation but I have seen much worse.

Were you punished? Normally it takes multiple punishes I thought, so it wasn't just this one even if this is the only they showed.
