Random awful players in games

I just got back into ranked after warming back into the game by playing normals. And now that I'm back into ranked, I discover, there's almost always 1-2 AWFUL players each game. Tryndamere's going 0/7/0 top lane, etc...like I understand losing lane. Getting behind in CS is one thing; dieing 1-2 times is one thing. Giving up 5+ kills then spending the rest of the game staying AFK in your one lane while the enemy team is taking inhibitors as a 5 man team? Inexcusable.
