Elo BOOSTERS!!!! how to report?

I remembered this topic when i got a yi in the opposite team and he literally smashed all......idc about that but ...... :\ when i checked his match history.... it literally sucked!!!!!! 0 /10, 1/11 :\ what the hell is happening here. He is a B4 player and i came across this elo boosters post in riot games websites. So how do you actually report them? if i do it after game i am sure that typing in the field given below the report box wont work......i literally have friends whose accounts have been elo boosted and they even ask me if i want boosting !!!! O>O [zombie-nunu-bummed] so how to get these people reported ? if there a better way other that the reporting thing at the end of game? i even see websites telling that accounts can be boosted if you just pay them :\ meh someone has to end this like how they ended mk jogo thing

Just playing well isn't enough evidence, but if you feel like it is you can report them through a support ticket in a detailed gramatical way.

There used to be a way to report someone for 'unskilled player' that was unfortunately not used properly ... There used to be this thing called the 'tribunal' that rito never advertised and most people don't even know about ... There used to be only solo q...

are you mad because there was a booster?, or because he wasnt in your team? would you been posting this if he were in your team smashing the enemy team?

sadly there's not an option to report them btw, riot says "we have our methods to identify boosters" and then even if the guy is telling you he's a booster, or is offering you to boost you, i think it wont help
