Tahm Kench Bug in Jungle ( playing as Jungle tahm)

Hey Riot Please fix this asap. when a creature is smite it should give the champ some health. But in the case of Tahm Kence when i have my Q W and E i.e at level 3 when i smited a creature tahm's grey health increased instead of the green one :( grey health decays to regen some of the green ones. But smite shouldn't work like that. PLEASE FIX THIS ONE ASAP [slayer-jinx-wink] I will try to make a Vid Asap and will update
