Terrible Community and Buyers remorse

I find myself playing League of Legends less and less lately. To be honest, I feel the only reason I haven't completely stopped playing is due to buyers remorse, all the money I've dumped into skins and other content. The thing that is ruining the game for me are the players I come across. Now i'm not here to say "Riot needs to stop match making me with these un-skilled players" Other people have crawled out of Bronze and if I were half as good then maybe I would too. Though I do feel there is a small difference in skill with the people I play with i'm more upset about the numerous players who intentionally ruin the game for others. My match history for some reason won't load but i'll just say that over the past weeks that i've been on and off with this game i have not wont a single game. I'd play maybe 2 games to see how the people are that day then stop for the rest of the day. After every game which i lost all of them i'd have to report a player, a different issue every time. Refusing to communicate, going into champ select with the support role selected but not choosing a real support, going AFK, making dumb decisions then blaming their allies, I actually just got out of a game with a guy who claimed he was "high" at the time and that's why he was playing bad. That was the straw that broke the camels back and so I come to the boards. The punishments for being a horrible sport are not severe enough. Players laugh at the words "report them" and even dare you to do so. It's not even just me. A while back one of League of Legends biggest promoters, VideogameDunkey, stopped playing the game because of it's community (video link attached). I disagree with him on the "The game isn't fun" part because I enjoy it, I just don't like it's community.
