When can I gain my honor back?

I think it was May or June, from what I remember I had at least one troll on the team, I remember I had to mute them... Think it was the same old 'kys' 'phagget' bullshit... we all know the type. Long story short, they were pissed about something from the start of the game and started intentionally feeding and being rude assholes. After a really frustrating time I finally told them I was gonna chill at base, eat my lunch, and let them be assholes. I got a decent penalty, fair enough I guess it was deserved, Lost my honor, thats ok too, but I mean this was nearly 7 months ago and I still am stuck at Honor 1? I get multiple honors almost every game, try to be a positive voice when I do use the chat box (I just hide it 80% of the time), and I don't afk, troll, or flame people... Will I ever get any honor back? I support the penalty system, and think players do need to be punished, but after the better part of a year this seems a little much
