Leaving Ranked should be punished harder with more freuquent leaverbuster
Just give leavers an instant leaverbuster for 5 games as soon as they leave 1 ranked game but the leaverbuster is 30min instead of 20 [zombie-nunu-bummed]

It already is punished harsher than normal queues.
If you want to discuss whether it is harsh enough, then that's a different discussion.
It is punished at a harsher level than leaving a regular game by the way. There still is a small margin of acceptance because something like an emergency/power internet outage cannot be planned.
TBH, ranked leaverbuster is the harshest one out of them all.

I just had a person leave immediately after dying in lane a single time. They never attempted to reconnect. I would prefer they just be permabanned.
