Player Behavior Support doesn't seem to care?
I asked them a simple question and the only reply I received was the copy-paste stuff that it will take more time than usual and marked my case as solved.(I don't know how to post the screenshot)

What was the request that you made to Player Support? You can try sending another ticket and explain that you didn't get an answer. Closing the ticket might have been a mistake.
usually you have to answer on the copy pasta for a REAL answer.
