  1. they only know how to balance based off of either a) player feedback or b) statistics, because all they do all day is balance, they have no time to play ranked at a gold+ tier level to develop a good sense of what numbers really mean. 1a) the PBE is very not easy to have people play realistic games - so it's hard to have good feedback from PBE on balance.

  1. they will respond to things. have some patience. Every single upturn gets eventually reacted too, it's not as easy as y'all seem to think to trust that such and such an upturn is because of such and such. 2ext) I do honestly wonder what took em so long to give censor a reasonable nerf, but didn't anyone else notice how they've been trying to make it viable at all for the past year before it finally was? they were clearly afraid to destroy its viability, and I'm pretty sure it's cause of how long it took to make it viable.

  2. you guys play for free, they are doing a job. your toxicity against the balance team is kind of embarrassing on your part. Everyone who isn't on your side, is silently saying nothing, because all there is to say is that you're immature. don't take this the wrong way - it doesn't make you bad for it, I'm immature too in many ways, everyone ever is immature. because immature means there's somewhere to go. and there's always somewhere to go. so step it up, and learn what it is you don't know, before you complain. The best way to complain is to ask questions, and to avoid making accusations.

  3. you're doing fine, keep at it. ban op stuff, upvote threads about them being op, but try to make less whineyt posts pleasE?

Actually... I am willing to argue leaving this thread here. On the guidelines to the left of the board it says the following: "This board is all about fostering a healthy community in which discussions can revolve around player behavior systems or in-game suspensions. This includes topics on how the systems work, insight into why players were punished, and advice to help players improve moving forward." To me I see this as "advice to help players improve moving forward." Yes this is player behavior on boards and not in-game, but I think in this case... that an exception could be made here and I am willing to argue it. Ultimately, it comes down to the Arbiters but I will flag this thread and ask.
